Legal Fees | Free Consultation
As a Client we want you to receive the best representation at the most affordable price. It would be unfair for us to quote you a “standard” fee. Therefore, each and every client’s fee is based on their individual case and ability to pay. We have some affordable payment plans available to clients that are legal and acceptable to the Courts.
Consumer Chapter 13 fee is paid during pendency of the case per your plan. Therefore, you do not have to pay this all of this fee up front! The fee is determined at the time of filing and are based on the amount of work put into your case and the fees approved by the court. (Chapter 13 cases require much more time and attention. The courts regulate attorney fees and they are approved thru the courts)
The average attorney fee for a Consumer Chapter 7 case is still under $1100.00. Some cases due to the low number of creditors and ease of the case are considerably less.
We offer special Senior Citizen Rates.
Chapter 7 Court costs need to be paid up front and in full when possible. However, depending on the location in which your case is filed, you may qualify to pay these to the court in installments.
